I noticed this recently, but have a mortal fear of answering questions. Have you noticed any change in your traffic after filling it out?

I don’t know of a way to tell how many people have visited the Smashwords profile or interview pages – do you? I did see some more wordpress visits over the past couple of days but I don’t think they’re related, propbably just people looking for spoilers for ‘The Sound of My Voice’ (my all-time most popular post!) and a few Goodreads’ profile referrals. I’m not expecting much from it, anyway.

actually, your question prompted me to ask them about site visit stats, and they do at least show how many times your interview has been viewed, on the interview page in the left hand pane beneath the “tweet” and “facebook” links. Thanks!
